Glide along the outline of your lips. Follow your natural lip line for subtle definition or slightly overline for the appearance of extra volume. Use the silicone smudger to diffuse the colour and create a softer, more blended finish. For an all-over look, fill in the entire lip.

No. A cushioned oil base rather than a tacky one, so it wears like a balm.
How pigmented is it, and what's the finish?
Buildable — one pass for a sheer wash of colour, two for more depth. High shine, not a flat matte.
