HOW TO USE
Glide along the outline of your lips. Follow your natural lip line for definition or slightly overline for the appearance of extra volume. Use your finger or the silicone smudger to diffuse the colour and soften the edges. You can also fill in the entire lip for an all-over wash of colour.

No. A cushioned oil base rather than a tacky one, so it wears like a balm.
How pigmented is it, and what's the finish?
Buildable — one pass for a sheer wash of colour, two for more depth. High shine, not a flat matte.
